Accounting Coordinator

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Responsible for the entire accounting cycle of one of the Company’s offices
Monthly preparation of financials (closing adjustments, reconciliation and review)
Monthly reconciliation of G/L accounts
Monthly corporate tax installments and reconciliation
Monthly filing of sales tax remittance (preparation and reconciliation)
Weekly overseas affiliates remittance reconciliation and matching of invoices (multi-currencies)
Daily cash book reconciliation (multi-currencies)
Disbursement data entry of daily incoming/outgoing wire transfers
Vendor’s invoices approval and follow up with local operations staff
Assisting with staff requests and inquiries
Weekly inter-office co-mail preparation/distribution
Posting payable invoices (domestic and overseas)
Monthly reconciliation and preparation of overseas remittance summary, Excel spreadsheets and other related work
Year end package preparation for Auditors
Assistance to other accounting coordinators, from time to time

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in accounting duties (data entry, payables, month end closing adjustments, G/L reconciliation…)
Person meticulous with attention to details
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong aptitude in positive relationship building with co-workers
Aptitude in working in a fast pace business environment
Team player oriented
Customer service oriented
Strong people and communication skills
Good skills in Word and Excel applications and in data entry on main frame systems
