Emphasizing intensive fundamental research and an entrepreneurial approach to acquisitions, 60G focuses on identifying, purchasing and repositioning value-add properties in New York City.

The firm is vertically integrated and performs property management, construction management, and asset management with its in-house team.

60 Guilders owns and manages a portfolio of equity and debt investments in NYC commercial properties comprising approximately 4.6 million square feet.nn nn n nn nnThe Controller will be responsible for all the finance functions of the firm”s portfolio and operations including overseeing property-level and joint venture-level bookkeeping, budgeting, reporting, auditing and tax preparation as well as various 60 Guilders-level finance functions.
