Cree | Wolfspeed’s Mohawk Valley Fab team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Team in Crees state of the art, highly automated, SiC Mohawk Valley Wafer Fab in New York. This position will be at the new factory in Marcy, NY. This position is part of the administrative support team with major accountability to aid the Cree Wolfspeed New York Operations Leadership team and support the Cree office in NY. What can you do for Cree Wolfspeed? Provide general administrative support to NY facilities leadership team. This includes preparation of correspondence, travel coordination, expense report processing, meeting and event coordination, greeting internal guests, calendar management, contact management, file organization, budget coordination and general office management. Travel management and oversight including international logistics and preparation of expense reports connected with travel and other events. Meeting coordination extensive logistical support including scheduling meetings, attending meetings and capturing notes, if requested, and follow up/preparation of final presentations if needed. Interface with external vendors and customers including coordination of meeting logistics and travel, ordering meals and arranging for transportation. Purchase order processing and processing of invoicing against contract terms. Order management of supplies and general office management. Contact management including scanning business cards and setting up a system for easy retrieval of contact information. Budget coordination and oversight including tracking of expenses and assistance with creating and managing the fiscal year budget process. Calendar and file management including tracking emergent meeting requests and rescheduling calendars to meet business requirements. Event planning including coordination of external customer visits and associated logistics Report coloration with PPT and excel spreadsheets. Other administrative duties as assigned by your manager including, but not limited to, providing back up administrative support to other areas of the company.
