Bookkeeper/Administrative assistant


This is a Full-time position in Walton, NY posted November 14, 2019.

Seeking a bookkeeper who is highly dependable, detailed oriented, organized and is looking to be part of a growing company.

The position will be focused on accounts receivable, collections, as well as logistics, compliance and administrative responsibilities.

Ideal candidate is a self starter who can work under minimal supervision with a good base in accounting.

We are looking for someone who can wear many different hats and can assist where help is needed.Candidates must have a BA degree, 4-5 years of experience with Quickbooks.

Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook abilities.

The person in this role will report directly to the CEO and Managing Director but will also have close working relationships with our productions and sales team.We are a smart, energetic, and fun company with many opportunities for growth.
