– Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520 Temp to Perm The Payroll/Field Administrator is responsible for Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies (i.e.

unions, equipment, shifts, etc.); Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records for craft employees; Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records; Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or omissions; Submit timecards for craft employees; Distribute employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions; Process new hire paperwork and change of status forms for craft employees; Prepare and submit client reporting to owner/client (i.e.

certified payroll); Reconcile timecard data for submission to payroll database; Manage and maintain daily log in/log out sheets from staff Manage and track invoices for approvals and payment Office Management Duties: Routing phone calls, correspondence, mail, packages, deliveries, and calendars; Inventory and ordering of office supplies; maintaining office equipment; Maintain filing systems and project-specific records compliant for audit purposes; Create and maintain checklists, forms, quality matrix, reports and tracking spreadsheets as needed Maintain document control for quality submittals and monitor the project specific quality plan, procedures, & testing as needed QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma; Associates Degree preferred Computer savvy – must be able to learn current software applications in place (JD Edwards; Onbase; Heavy Jobs) Basic to Intermediate use of Word, Excel, Outlook Strong written, communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage workload effectively including plan, coordinate, organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times; Ability to understand and follow directions; Good time management and organizational skills; Must be comfortable working in a Trailer Office Kelly is a leader in connecting people to work in ways that enrich their lives.
