Build relationships with agents and staff to provide service and support of our technology systems.

Provides technical support to day-to-day IT needs including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems and implementing corrective actions in a PC and Mac environment.

Assist agents with cell phone set up and troubleshoot any issues Maintaining PC’s, printers, etc RequirementsDesired Skills : Must live in Suffolk County, NY 1-2 years IT experience Computer Hardware knowledge Intermediate Networking knowledge Intermediate Windows 10 Knowledge Troubleshooting Printers/Windows 10/IPhone/Android/Networking/Hardware Chrome/Fire troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite Basic hardware repair Active Directory Networking / IP configuration Understand WiFi concepts Must be tech-savvy and fluent with current consumer technology Must have a pleasant personality and be comfortable in a customer support role Must be able to handle pressure Must have prior experience in a customer support role Ability to think out-of-the-box and deal with many customers simultaneously Must be a quick learner Must be able to adapt to and adopt new technologies Ability to teach and guide Must travel to the different offices weekly and as needed when remote will not work.
