Job Summary
Under the direction of the Registered Nurse and utilizing the nursing process, provides care to patients in accordance with their developmental needs, following the standards of the Department of Nursing and in accordance with hospital policy and procedure.

Licensure/Certification Requirements
-Current New York State Practical Nursing Registration.
-CPR Certification.
-Meets Unit Specific requirements.
-Meets attendance requirements per hospital policy.
