Property Location: Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Denver Highlands Ranch, CO Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeets all cleanliness and time requirement standards established for cleaning guestrooms and other areas of the hotel including the lobby, breakfast, pool, fitness center, stairways, hallways, elevators and patioCleans, dusts, and removes waste in all areas of guestrooms, bathrooms, and public areasReplaces and provides all linens as necessary in accordance with standards including making bedsReplaces or provides required supplies in guestrooms and public areasMaintains an organized cart and stocks cart with linens and supplies in accordance with standards Provides exceptional guest service and responds promptly to guests’ inquiries and concernsReports room status and maintenance problems promptlyPerforms basic maintenance skills including plunging toilets, changing light bulbs and unclogging drainsHandles chemicals and cleaning supplies with care and in accordance with standardsOperates commercial laundry and cleaning equipmentPerforms all tasks and functions related to laundry and linen careMaintains appropriately stocked linen and storage roomsPerforms additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalismConduct work-related functions in a professional manner
