We are looking for the best of the best, a bilingual Spanish/English HR Coordinator to join our Ultimate HR team! A ferry ride away takes you to our sunny office located on Staten Island! As an HR Coordinator, your key role will be to help us, recruit, hire, onboard caregivers, while ensuring we remain compliant with federal, state, local, and government regulations. This exciting role will work with a team of HR Coordinators to help you along the way. You’ll also have the opportunity to help provide our patients with qualified and compassionate caregivers. You will be part of an energetic team that promotes collaboration and values creating amazing candidate experiences.

What we are looking for?

  • 1 year of recent HR onboarding experience (preferably home care or healthcare)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • A positive attitude; you’re a team player, and you work effectively with different teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Proven organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.

What will blow our minds!

  • 1-3 years of home care or healthcare HR onboarding and compliance experience.
  • 1-3 years of HHAExchange experience or other home care tracking software.
  • 1-3 years of new-hire caregiver documentation compliance with federal/state/local employment and DOH laws/regulations.
  • Go-getter that’s resourceful and able to work effectively with the tools at hand.
