Acara Solutions has a fantastic direct hire opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in Sacramento, CA .

This is a full time opening that comes with great benefits This position will site onsite with a dedicated client of ours in Sacramento, CA The HR Manager will be represent Acara as the focal point for customer and contractor issues and concerns.

Works closely with Acara staff and management to ensure we effectively recruit and onboard contract workers at ourcustomer location in Sacramento, CA.

As a trusted advisor to the site you will consult and take action in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.Works closely with our customer’s management team to provide advice, counsel, and conflict resolution for complex employee relations matters.In partnership with Acara management and customer determines appropriate resolutions to workplace conflict in a positive manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the Acara sales, operations, and recruitment teams to recruit, onboard and support contract employees at customer site Develop and implement customer service and delivery plan in accordance with contractual terms and conditions, as well as customer requirements and Company policy Lead and manage team of recruiters and staffing / HR coordinators Promote customer relationship-building through effective communication and customer service Provide proactive employee relations support to all on-site contract employees Respond to inquires from contract employees regarding payroll, benefits and company policies Serve Serve as the main contact for customer managers at site Provide hands on support and day to day management of activities for Acara on-site staff including Recruiters, Staffing Coordinators and HR Coordinator Collaborate with internal operations team to ensure timely onboarding and effective processing of weekly payroll Maintain adequate records, including an accurate Customer Profile Prepare and present reports, including financial analysis, for customer and corporate staff Responsible for training and mentoring of Acara staff and contract employees Provide Work Nexus (vendor management system) administration, including documenting requirements May provide first line of support to customer on Work Nexus Other Duties: Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures Submit periodic reports to management as requested Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company Qualifications and Skills: Required: 3 years of relevant HR, employee relations and recruiting experience Experience working through complex and sensitive employee issues Experience with full-cycle recruiting process
– sourcing, selection and onboarding Ability to lead, manage and develop team of direct reports Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication ability Present a positive and professional image Must model the highest degree of moral and ethical behavior and maintain confidential information Contributes as a valued team member and colleague with leaders at all levels Demonstrates personal awareness and desire for continual learning and personal development Strong action orientation with a high degree of initiative Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Knowledgeable in online recruiting Staffing industry experience a plus Benefits Include: Health insurance, HSA, dental insurance; disability insurance; life Insurance; paid time off; and vision insurance, 401(k).
