Lead Development Specialist


This is a Contract position in Walton, NY posted December 2, 2019.

Our Lead Generation Specialist will work alongside our Account Executives to drive and shape our business.

You will work within the initial stages of the sales process, both qualifying inbound leads and researching outbound prospects.

You must be a highly motivated individual capable of working within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive nature are essential to build our client base.

You’ll also need to be a strong collaborator to be successful in this role.

The Lead Generation Specialist will work out of our Chicago or NY office.

What You Will Do:  Acquire new clients and generate business through prospecting, networking and qualifying leads within select markets Communicate with inbound leads and effectively qualify them to determine good prospects Partner with our Account Executives to ensure clients are passed along to subsequent stages of the sales process Establish the foundations for strong, long lasting client relationships Must work collaboratively with internal teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 1-3 years of professional work experience preferred Experience with lead generation and cold-calling preferred Experience in software product management/development a plus Manage multiple projects independently Excellent written and oral communication skills required Organizational skills are a must Strong attention to detail, motivation, and self-initiative Strong interpersonal skills
