Role Overview The Technical Analyst will lead business analysis and data-driven initiatives in the area of reporting, data extracts, quality management, requirements documentation and support as well as interfacing with business team members and stakeholders. The Technical Analyst will gather information about a given initiative or project, review the critical data elements, devise strategysteps to approach tasks, and lead execution. The Technical Analyst serves as the primary conduit of technical problem-solving for client-facing issues and Technology which requires strong understanding of reporting and data-related functionality as well as strong organizational skills. This role will report to our Director of Product Management. Responsibilities Examine existing reports to understand current reqperformance and identify opportunities for operational improvement Work closely with Client Success and external clients on identifying, documenting, communicating and seeking resolution on modifications to existing artifacts that go out to clients as well as data processing rules that govern how we use client data Proactively assemble and analyze data for business and client needs, making sure data and calculations are accurate and issues promptly resolved Execute on objectives through a business stakeholder relationship centered around providing accurate data to clients in a timely manner Proactively identify issues with new and existing clients related to the creation and delivery of data through reports and feeds Meets with assigned Client Success manager(s) to discuss clients and ensure needs are met for accurate timely deliverables. Gathers requirements for new requests andor details regarding incidents Identifies situations where client issues require mobilizing ldquoswat teamsrdquo that meet daily and coordinates conversations across multiple teams (with assistance from leadership) Ensures bugs created for incidents and updates with details Notifies and discusses user stories with the Product OwnerLead for one of 5 teams
