Responsible for posting entries and processing them into bank account.+ Manages Accounts Receivables by customers/CLDRs/Affiliates and collects payments.+ Resolves any Accounts Receivable disputes and evaluates the risk of each account.+ Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.+ Processes credit applications.+ Bank reconciliation.+ Files check stubs and bank receipts.+ Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment.+ Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks.+ Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.+ Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary (to) in order to update accounts.+ Assists with related special projects, as required.Work ScheduleNew York Office 9:00 am
