These positions will support the Film Finishing operation in our Brand, Film and Imaging Division in Rochester, NY.

At this stage of our comeback, Kodak is truly a place where you can make a difference.As a Product Converting Operator you will:Work in Dark and Light room conditions.Operate a variety of converting and packaging equipment.

Follow Standard Work Processes for each area and type of equipment.

Complete Operator training programs.

Rotate through various jobs as needed.Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures.

Position requires work schedule flexibility.

Candidate may need to work any of the following:Work day-shift schedule (Monday – Friday) of 8 hours/day.

Work a 3-shift schedule (Monday Friday) that rotates every week.

Be available to work various schedules with ample notificationOccasional overtimeRequirements:High School Diploma – Some college or Associates Degree is preferred, but not required.

Need to be able to function on a computer utilizing various databases and programs.Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations Ability to express one’s self clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal Detail Orientated Team Player Understanding of basic math concepts Maintain a clean work area and operate in a safe manner at all times.
