Marketing/Sales Operations Specialist


This is a Full-time position in Binghamton, NY posted February 21, 2021.

TYPICAL ACTIVITIESFacilitates and participates in the design of customer journeys across the phases of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, expansion and reclamation) including:Understanding of targeting requirementsIdentification of outbound and inbound marketing channels making up the customer journey (including but not limited to email, direct mail, phone, text, programmatic ads, social, etc.)Understanding of how the story, creative assets are geared to drive desired behaviorsIdentification of required call to actionsDesigns the required Response Management Process to manage inbound responders and leads through the sales process (familiar with lead qualification, prioritization, conversion and opportunity management)Builds and maintains marketing and sales campaigns through various technology platforms.Interacts and works with the Technology Team to adopt the standard data structure and practices, and recommend optimization opportunities that will support the journey design and executionCommunicates standards, best practices and capabilities related to data required to execute on marketing programs, to cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Creative, Account Mgt, Project Management and OperationsAdheres to defined budget and conscious of budget considerations in decisions madeIdentifies and document required tasks needed to complete the setup and execution of a customer journey, as part of a larger project planUnderstands the account’s data structure and can navigate the aspects of this design to provide solutions in the setup, automation and execution of marketing communicationsConsiders and aligns with compliance requirements across marketing communications, as it relates to FTC, FCC, PHI and HIPPA guidelinesMaintains and keeps the confidentiality of all customer, client and company information in accordance with the confidentiality agreement signed at the commencement of the engagement with MMC.SKILLS REQUIREDExperience administrating, managing and quality checking the applications used in marketing communications.Able to use the various Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams efficiently.Experience multi-tasking within multiple platformsKnowledgeable about tried and proven methods in marketing strategies and tacticsExperience supporting customer growth strategies
