is looking for a rock star Senior Marketing Data Analyst.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about data and marketing, and has a strong desire to hustle in the name of the World’s Strongest Coffee.

The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will refine our data analytics and attribution models, and enable the organization to make better, data-driven decisions by tracking, measuring, and building actionable plans to consistently improve our KPIs and meet our OKRs.

nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities: nn nnProvide marketing intelligence, reporting, analysis, and recommendations across all marketing initiatives, including, paid and organic media, experiential, search, social, website, etc.

nn nnCollaborate with various team members across Marketing, Social Media, Lifestyle, Creative, Sales, and R&D to implement best-in-class marketing practices and execution tactics, and help the teams apply data-driven insights and solutions.

nn nnIntegrate data from a variety of sources into actionable marketing recommendations.

nn nnDevelop meaningful and actionable metrics across Marketing, Sales, and Product.

nn nnDevelop metrics and dashboards to track campaign performance throughout the stages of the campaign lifecycle (acquisition, retention, and engagement), and leverage structured and disciplined thought processes to provide holistic and nuanced interpretations of such data.

nn nnManage campaign lists for diverse marketing initiatives using profiling and segmentation analytical methods.

nn nnMeasure brand performance across all marketing channels, including tracking sales, visitors, leads, and awareness to define short
– and long-term objectives and key results.

nn nnUnderstand root causes of changes in metrics, and communicate insights effectively to non-technical marketing stakeholders.

nn nnCommunicates with key data partners including agencies and vendors to evaluate and define metrics and frameworks.

nn nnIdentify and ideate new ways to measure qualitative brand metrics and levers to increase performance of key metrics.

nn nnStay up to date on all marketing tools, technologies, and industry trends.

nn nn n nn nn Requirements: nn nnBachelor’s degree
– technical degree or concentration preferred (engineering, math, statistics, data analytics, or related field); extensive experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

nn nn5+ years of experience in marketing analytics.

nn nnExpert with all of the following website analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Shopify, and analytics tools, such as Hotjar, AB Tasty, and Google Search Console.

nn nnComprehension of various paid and non-paid channel attribution methodologies such as First Click, Last Click, etc.

nn nnHighly proficient with data visualization tools (e.g.

PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or Domo).

nn nnMaster in building models and analysis reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

nn nnPersonally executed A/B testing across different channels and platforms.

nn nnExperience with campaign management tools such as Asana or Basecamp, Microsoft Planner, etc.

nn nnExperience in implementing email campaigns and tracking engagement metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, ROI, etc.); knowledge of key industry metrics and ROI analysis.

nn nnExperience working with brand measurement and consumer insights teams, including qualitative and quantitative studies in awareness/consideration, path to purchase, etc.

nn nnFamiliarity with media measurement, including Media Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Incremental Lift.

nn nnProficient with SQL, with the ability to write nuanced queries against new or unfamiliar data sets (bonus for knowledge of Python, R, or similar languages).

nn nn n nn nn Bonus Points: nn nnDirect-to-consumer and CPG experience.

nn nnRewards and loyalty program implementation experience is a huge plus.

nn nnExperience with a growth-stage startup.
