The Marketing Manager will ensure competitiveDifferentiation by demonstrating the value of the SHS LD portfolio of products,Services, informatics and clinical differentiated assays to all customer keyStakeholders and decision makers.This Marketing Manager will partner with Global and NAM LD Marketing,NAM Strategic Corporate Accounts, Sales, Scientific & Clinical affairs and otherCross-functional leads to ensure the new value-based solutions impact theClinical, operational and economic needs of each target audience.

He/she willAlso own the value creation process across the enterprise from solutionsDevelopment, to GTM and commercial scalability.

This role requires deepExpertise in market and customer segmentation, value-based solutions creation andCommercial execution expertise in the Core lab – Clinical Chemistry andImmunology.If you are motivated toDrive results, create new approaches, and thrive from active collaboration withPeers across sales, marketing and other functions, this may be a role for you.Key Responsibilities
· IdentifyOpportunities across business lines for new enterprise positioning (products,Services, informatics) that address customer needs while delivering sustainableClinical, operational and economic value
· Create solutionValue offers that link to customer organizational objectives and market needs andEnsure sustainable YoY growth for the NAM SHS LD top customers and theEnterprise (i.E.

increased customer win rates, share of wallet, market share,Etc…)
· Through collaboration with GlobalAnd NAM LD Marketing continuously monitor and translate the NAM LD marketEmerging trends into solutions development activities to deliver more relevantValue propositions to C-suite audience and decision makers
· InPartnership with Global and NAM LD Marketing, NAM Strategic Corporate Accounts,Sales and Scientific & Clinical affairs createrelevant customer engagementTools that drive access to senior decision makers across key Strategic CustomersAnd create stronger partnerships and demand across the SHS LD portfolio.
· In collaborationWith SHS Marketing communication teams create innovative digital solutions toSupport the enterprise value offers and drive the desired target audience buyingBehaviors
· In closeCollaboration with the Marketing Manager, Market Shaping & Development establish keyRelationships with strategic customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to developReference sites and customer Centers of Excellence
· Develop and implementGoals, metrics and models that support the value creation of our enterpriseSolutions for our key customers and SHS LD and collaborate with our ScientificAnd Clinical affairs teams to turn those outcomes (clinical, operational,Financial) in tangible proof sources.
· Position is based out ofThe Tarrytown office with ability to travel 25% when needed.Required Knowledge, Skills,Education & Experience Minimum BA/BS degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence; MBA or MS preferred10 years of relevant multifunctional commercial experience in the Core lab – Clinical Chemistry and Immunology, with 5 or more years in customer-facing roles.

Results oriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time; attentive to detailAbility to work across business lines and partner with various stakeholders to build consensus and achieve business resultsStrong customer-facing skills from needs identification to delivering executive business case presentation.Ability to lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and sales organizations Strong analytical skills, with proven track record of creativity in problem solving and customer needs resolution Proficient customer facing skills at a senior management level and the ability to deliver impactful executive presentations.
