VP Marketing Operations

nn Job Description A new role to the company, the Vice President of Marketing Operations will oversee three key areas within the company Performance Marketing team, including enterprise-wide marketing campaign delivery, marketing infrastructure & technology, and process/project management.

This position will be tasked with developing consistent workflows and processes, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

We are in search of a traditionally born, but digitally native media leader that can provide strategic foresight as well as operational excellence ensuring COMPANY’s media strategies are cutting edge, innovative and most importantly, data focused and ROI driven.

Responsibilities: nn Create systems and repeatable processes for streamlining company-wide campaign deployment, with clear accountability for team members.

Structure end-to-end planning and project management of COMPANY campaigns, including review and approval protocols, in partnership with the COMPANY Marketing Team and outside agencies, ensuring campaigns are seamlessly executed.

Partner with BI, the COMPANY marketing teams and outside agencies to ensure that proper KPI tracking is in place for all campaigns, campaign performance is routinely monitored and reviewed, and in-flight optimizations are executed.

Partner with Creative to ensure that all campaign elements are on brand, and that CTAs are consistent with creative and campaign goals.

Partner with CRM team to roadmap and manage customer data management and acquisition via all campaign touchpoints, and to create a master data management strategy for customer data Serve as a key partner to IT in managing marketing platforms, integrating with COMPANY’s MarTech stack, and evaluating marketing technologies.

Structure a regular cadence of test and learn strategies and/or business reviews with our MarTech partners to ensure we’re fully utilizing their capabilities and strategic support.

Systematize onboarding and training on relevant MarTech for current and new employees.

Develop and oversee process and project management for the Performance Marketing team, particularly for large-scale initiatives.

Ensure that projects have clear objectives, deliverables, deadlines and milestones, and that senior leadership is routinely updated on progress.

Work with Performance Marketing team leads to formalize knowledge sharing across functional areas, ensuring that best practices, winning campaigns, etc.

are surfaced and shared across brand teams.

nnQUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred) Qualifications:nn 10+ years’ experience in the Media & Entertainment, Agency or Digital space.

Significant enterprise-level project management experience; PMP certification or similar a plus.

Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks and deliverables across multiple teams.

Strong analytical skills, with a focus on marketing data.

Track record of successfully partnering with creative teams.

Ability to navigate a matrixed organization with key stakeholders and partners across various groups, and to lead by influence.
