People Customers Trust We are seeking applicants for Maintenance Tech A in our Liverpool, NY facility.

Basic Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED Strong safety background with a good attendance record Ability to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel Able to work in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills Must be authorized to work in the US Responsibilities / Qualifications of our preferred Candidate: Has knowledge of heavy rigging procedures Has knowledge of rigging safety procedures Assists in machine installation and planning Reads and interpret layout diagrams, prints, assist in planning, layout and site preparation.Shim, anchor, grout, plumb, level, position.

Rebuilds and overhauls equipment with direction.

Knows how to set up, select tooling and use all machine shop equipment safely to make complex shafts, collars, bushings, sleeve bores and misc.


Knows how to use milling machine to countersink, vertical bore, and surface and manufacture parts.

Knows how to use hydraulic press without supervision and perform complex straightening operations.

Performs in-depth machine audits.

Performs welding on castings and dissimilar and nonferrous materials.

Troubleshoots and repairs hydraulic systems without directions Performs all bearing changes without direction and troubleshoots specialty bearings.

Troubleshoots circuits with programmable controllers.

Demonstrates working knowledge the requirements of NEC code and NFPA code, and use both as a reference to properly wire and install equipment.

Assists in the planning of the electrical requirements of new equipment installations.

Manage the implementation of these projects with minimal supervision.

Sets level controllers per manufacturers specifications, set differential controllers per manufacturers specifications.

Knows how to maintain the boiler.

Installs and repair pumps.
