This is a Full-time position in Buffalo, NY posted October 16, 2021.

Responsibilities Support and promote the operation of regional programming.

Arrange travel, lodging, and logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.

Process staff travel reimbursements.Ensuring invoices have appropriate budget codesCollect and process Tuition Assistance (TA) applications, and provide customer service for members in person, on the phone, or emailEnter student data, update student records and student logs into Shared Tracking Application Resource (STAR) systemCommunicate daily via email and telephone with members and TA staff (including Regional Director) on various issuesAssist with administrative duties; Outlook scheduling; meetings with group; and handle mailOrder supplies for upstate regional officesProvide customer service with members in person, on the phone, and post-processing of applicationsMeet with Field Coordinator I to improve processing of TA applicationsPerform additional duties and projects as assigned by management Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferredMinimum two (2) years administrative experience in a general office environment requiredIntermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel preferredKnowledge of tuition assistance rules and policy preferredExperience with or knowledge of staff development and retraining theory preferredExcellent attention to detail and ability to facilitate multiple activitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work both independently and as a team playerSuperb customer service skills and ability to maintain a pleasant attitude and provide excellent service to members and vendorsExcellent organizational skills with ability to work under deadline pressureAbility to travel to various locations in the New York City and Upstate NY areaAvailable to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
