Business Continuity / Anti-Fraud Lead

Our client is seeking a full time Anti-Fraud Business Continuity Lead for their New York office. Responsibilities Drive initiatives from both a strategic and tactical perspective to support disaster recovery resiliency. Lead the creation and dissemination of information supporting our client’s DRbusiness continuity strategic objectives and initiatives. Complete annual comprehensive annual risk assessment and 3rd party risk management assessments on vendor engagements Re-design the business impact analysis process and update at least once per year. Resolve audit issues, regulatory issues and open and close self-identified issues Document schedule of tests and maintain notification exercises, system workaround tests, recovery tests Provide support for yearly audit and regulatory reviews. Responsibility for key control testing including execution, monitoring, documentation and remediation Identify fraud weaknesses coordinate fraud investigations Drive fraud management for region Qualifications Bachelorrsquos or masterrsquos degree in Information Technology or related field Concentrated experience in the areas of IT Security, Risk Control 5+ years of experience in technology and disaster recovery business continuity and architect and rollout solutions to address fraud management needs 7+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product and service control management policies and standards, technology readiness continuity, exceptions management or alignment to the enterprise compliance and risk management accountabilities Good understanding of COBIT framework and ISO 22301-business continuity concepts IT Security Certification ndash CISA, CISM Certified Fraud Examiner certification in good standing (CFE) 5 – 7 years of work experience in Disaster Recovery Management and Anti-Fraud andor Risk Management Experience in Cyber Security is beneficial
