Location:Robinsonville, Mississippi starting $14 per hour AMAZING benefits including: FULL coverage medical, dental, and vision insuranceFREE medical clinic employees and eligible dependentsFREE HOT meals daily401K match starting day onePRIMARY PURPOSE:It is the primary responsibility of the Cage Cashier to process monetary transactions and exchanges with guests.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform frontline entry level transactions, chip bank transactions, poker transactions, cage credit transactions and employee bank/window transactionsPerform functions in a marker/IOU bank as well as High Limit cage; may also service patron Kiosk/TRU units and employee Recycler/JetSafe unitsCash all types of checks for patrons within the specified guidelines; redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in/ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for patronsConduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accountsRedeem all acceptable types of foreign currenciesSecure and document all recordable transactions made with company assetsComplete electronic multiple transaction logs accurately, complete transaction logs manually, when necessaryAssist patrons with general information upon requestIssue or surrender safety deposit boxesPerform other job-related duties as requestedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, money handlingWork with minimal supervisionKnowledge of relationships between banks, especially front windows and main, chip and marker banksAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsAbility to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentBasic knowledge or Proficiency of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e.

telephone, copier, fax machineExcellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detailExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsAbility to balance a bank without assistance (locating errors when out of balance)Knowledge of 10-key adding machine, currency counter and cash advance machineMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalentOne (1) year of high-volume cash handling experienceWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysPREFERRED:Experience in fast paced customer serviceExperience with Title 31 reportingExperience in fast paced customer serviceExperience working in a similar resort setting
