Compounder

Duties:

• Stock Production Floor with required liquids and remove empty barrels/taking inventory at machines
• Retrieve and return customer supplied liquids to warehouse/cleaning drums/tanks and housekeeping
• Compound all liquids following prescribed GMP’s and daily schedule.
• Perform required cleaning and sanitization as per SOP’
• Maintain proper storage of all chemicals, drums and barrels/drumming of liquids/sampling liquids for reassay/pumping liquids to multi-people lines
• Follow proper GMP’s for all documentation of drum tags, batch sheets, cleaning records, etc.
• Maintain proper tagging of raw materials and product liquids to conform to FDA and GMP regulations.
• Understand DI Water system operation and how to regenerate DI water beds; sanitize DI water loop.
• Checking computer inventory/documenting the water log sheet/retrieving shop orders from system/printing tickets;
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Qualified Candidates must have directly related experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing facility;
• Must have good math and communication skills as well as ability to maintain written documentation. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations;
• PC skills a must;
• Compounding/batching experience in a GMP/FDA regulated facility required;
• Must be able to work overtime as required;
