This firm was built on networking and collegiality, resulting in a true open door culture.DescriptionAdvising clients on cybersecurity and privacy matters, including: drafting and reviewing privacy policies, CCPA notices, data processing agreements, consumer consent language, cookie notices, and cookie policies.Drafting and reviewing cybersecurity policies and documentation such as written information security policies, incident response plans, responses to cybersecurity audits, incident response reports and breach notification letters.Drafting and reviewing technology agreements such as software, website and/or mobile application development agreements, terms and conditions, Software-as-a-Service agreements, and Master Service Agreements. ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience within cybersecurity, privacy, and technology.Must be well versed in privacy and cybersecurity regulations, including state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA), federal privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA, FCRA, COPPA), GDPR, state breach notification laws, and HIPAA’s security rule.Understanding of cybersecurity standards (e.g. NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC), software and website development processes, computer forensics, common types of cybersecurity attacks, and basic cybersecurity safeguards, from either legal or non-legal experience, a significant plus.Job OfferYou’ll be part of true lifestyle firm that offers mentorship and interesting work, paired with client interaction and partner guidance from the onset.
