Head of Talent Acquisition Americas


This is a Full-time position in New York, NY posted January 26, 2022.

What You’ll Do

•      Manage three distinct recruitment streams

 Crowd: High volume, skill-based freelancer hiring whose deliverables drive client satisfaction

 Staffing: High volume, onsite placements made in cooperation with our clients

 Corporate: Building the Company team in partnership with hiring managers, our executive team, and our People Success team

•      We made 12,000 placements across those three streams in 2021. Can you beat that number

•      Develop and lead a talent acquisition organization that includes full-lifecycle recruiting, sourcing, analytics, operations, and talent brand

•      Be at the forefront of how to think of diversity in all hiring streams, including Crowd hiring 

•      Build a progressive talent strategy and roadmap, partnering closely across the executive staff, People Success, and service line leaders 

•      Manage and continually improve a thoughtful, clear metrics-driven approach that tracks, monitors, and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of all programs and initiatives 

•      Develop best-in-class processes to attract and win talent globally 

•      Become an expert in the Company EVP and cultural values to accurately market our talent brand globally 

What We’re Looking For

•      10+ years of progressive experience…

•      leading and empowering talent organizations with an emphasis on building high performing teams and inclusive cultures 

•      Or, cross-functional/ cross-domain operations and strategy experience that shows that you’re an amazing people leader that can learn and adapt to new challenges

•      Experience leading international teams in a company going through significant growth 

•      Experience building a global operations/recruiting infrastructure, including processes and tools 

•      Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including Executive level and with clients directly

•      Proven success in delivering consistent results under time pressures while managing multiple priorities & stakeholders 

•      Passion for innovation and optimization with a focus on providing an amazing experience for both hiring managers and candidates 

•      Experience driving efficiency and delivering on measurable impact through data 

•      Known for managing best in class global processes that allow teams to execute successfully
