As a part of our team, you can pursue your career goals, learn new skills and get the recognition you deserve, while also contributing to a more sustainable future.HENKEL BENEFITSCompetitive hourly rate $18.06 and shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shiftsMedical, dental, vision and life insurance start on day 1Paid vacation and holidaysEmployee discount and referral programs401k matchingYOUR ROLEAs a Compounder Flex Specialist, you will:Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructionsSets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specificationsMonitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty productsMaintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzedWork as a compounder with a level of mastery with no management direction to prepare, mix and adjust the manufacture of products in strict accordance with company formulation, quality standards, and production schedules as mapped on batch sheet instructionsPerform all essential functions of the production area roles that could include line coordinator, machine operator, material handler or similar roles required in other departmentsProficiently perform all compounding essential duties of both Central Weigh Technician and OperationsTransfer batches to portables / drums / storage tanks and complete inventory transactionsAll other duties as assigned YOUR SKILLSHigh school diploma or GED or 6 months relevant compounding or mixing experience requiredStrong math skills with attention to detail required including quality control practicesExperience using SAP (preferred)Previous experience in a manufacturing background required with weighing materials, industrial mixing and batching (preferred)The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day and the employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and must be able to reach, lift, bend and stoop without restrictionsHenkel is an equal opportunity employer.
