We are seeking a Lead Analyst, Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) to join our Finance team.

You will drive strategic pricing insights and building pricing capabilities, working with the goal of winning new business and growing presence in the existing accounts.

Supporting the capability building of the ICS Pricing team will focus on identifying gaps in the pricing capabilities and processes, building tools and a data repository to evaluate pricing models and price realization.

You will partner to drive adoption of the new data capabilities.

The Analyst will also support leading the overall pricing governance to drive deal engagement.

The role further includes partnering with various businesses and assisting with pricing strategies, and potentially execution of client re-signs, understanding and evaluating price points relative to our competition and the client’s needs.

Identifying key value drivers for each client.

The individual in this role needs to foster close working relationships with internal partners.

You will act as a strategic partner in helping drive and support key business decisions.

If so, we would love to meet you!Responsibilities:You will work with the Head of ICS Pricing, Business Unit (BU) presidents, and Finance, Sales, and Product Management partners to drive growth at Broadridge from more effective pricing.

Specific responsibilities include:* Support the development of the “Pricing Governance” framework necessary to improving pricing, through working closely with constituents across the organization from BU presidents to product management* Develop frameworks for using pricing data more effectively and drive building the necessary capabilities from designing and managing databases to driving adoption* Revise and enhance pricing strategies and models in response to changing business conditions, and changes in the competitive landscape, relative to product our offering versus our competitors* Conduct external benchmarking and market research and translate the findings into recommendations to inspire changes in pricing strategies* Supervise client pre
– and post-implementation activity relative to contractual obligations and finding opportunities to improve financial performance over the client life cycle* Incorporate standard methodologies to lead and implement initiatives across the ICS Finance team in order to increase effectiveness, efficiency and acquire long term objectives* Collaborate with sales leaders on deals and client transactions, including developing strategies for client renewals as well as the long-term account strategy* Assists with pricing of client’s proposals considering the financial impact of the pricing approach and view of overall history as well as client profitability* Develop and deploy metrics that can be used to evaluate the success of the groupQualifications:The ideal candidate demonstrates strong financial and eye for business, excellent analytical skills combined with ability to handle ambiguity and to drive data insights.* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, pricing, or sales support with proven strong analytical skills and critical thinking* Further technical roles in financial services industries, ideally with experience in handling data-related initiatives and / or diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and ad-hoc analyses* Analytical skills with a hands-on and attention to detail and ability to frame questions and drive research to deliver insights and results* Collaborative and proactive track record of engaging senior management on how to improve the business using data driven analysis* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with databases, SQL, data visualization, or related data science background is a plus* Strong organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills with the innate ability influence to get results and improvement in execution* Desire to grow expertly at the intersection of Finance, Product Management, and Product MarketingBroadridge is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age or any other protected status.
