COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary: $285K+ wRVU production bonus
• Bonus: Quarterly bonus eligibility 
• CME: $3,000/5 days
• PTO: 42 days = 27 days PTO plus 15 sick/personal days year one (After year 1 will accrue more)
• Sign on: $10K.
• Relocation: Yes
• Student loan Repayment: Offered through NY state.
• Medical: Strong medical and dental benefits through Empire BC/BS with extremely low co-pays and treatment or the entire family.
• Pension & 403(b) offered:
• Your employer will contribute a 12% of your annual salary no money out of pocket vested 3 years. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

• M-F (8a-4p or 9a-5p)
• Admin. time incorporated into schedule.
• 1 Unit 23 beds
• Length of stay 2-3 days.
• Patients mix largely ages 18+
• No supervision requirement
• Work alongside 2 other providers, residents, and medical students.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• BC or Board Eligible 
• Inpatient experience
