RadNet: Attorney Request Chartswap Specialist

Job Summary: The Attorney Request Specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing attorney requests for billing records, medical records, balance verifications and balance reductions.

Other functions may be assigned and management retains the right to add or change duties at any time.IND123Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience At least 1 year of medical billing and collections experience, as well as Accounts Receivable experience.A high school diploma (some college preferred), and the ability to work with individuals at every level in the organization.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.Ability to multitask and complete tasks within multiple electronic billing and medical record programs.Experience using ChartSwap or other electronic patient record platforms preferred but not required.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Experience working in a professional and confidential environment.Ability to accurately and efficiently work in a fast paced environment.Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.Ability to work independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to excel with change and respond appropriately even in challenging situations.Quality Standards Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors.

Physical Demands This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, constant talking, and hearing.

Also, must be able to lift over 10 pounds, occasionally.

Working Environment Representatives work in a medical office setting with low to moderate noise level.
