Join MUFG and be empowered to make your voice heard and your actions count.Duties & Experience:* Primarily responsible for modeling and deal documents for all aspects of new issue CLO transactions* Work with managers, Investors, Lawyers, Rating Agencies, Trustees and Accountants to carry out execution process of the transaction, including documentation, cash-flow modeling, rating agency analytics, marketing and investor analysis* Optimize portfolios and model new CLO structures for potential clients.* As appropriate liaise with relevant internal risk functions: legal, compliance, market and credit risk management* Participate in the product design, structuring, and launch of new activitiesQualifications Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA and/or CFA a plus* A minimum of 3-7+ years of related CLO Structuring work experience* Strong quantitative and modeling skills.
