Our core values Great at RelationshipsConstantly Inquisitive Always Creative Operationally Excellent Serious Fun Title: Senior Event Producer Reports To: Group Account Director & Operations Lead Located At: Hell’s Kitchen, New York The Role The Senior Event Producer will assume a key role within the US start up organisation (with the wider US parent agencies support, and UK management).

They will ensure the project team delivers a consistently exceptional service to our clients through a deep understanding of creative execution, excellent project management and delivering world-class events that exceed client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Meeting new clients, running pitches and new briefs with the US Account Director Responsible for leading the planning and execution of events across experiential activations, conferences, award shows and meetings Manage, prioritize and oversee events alongside the client services team advising on creative concept and program development through initial briefing to reconciliation Responsibilities associated with a project may include but may not be limited to: budget management, registration, managing guest travel, logistics planning, site selection, presentation development, working with the creative team on branding and graphic design, working with the production team on interactive/experiential technology, scenic/set design, decor design, staffing Maintain client liaison and ensure SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) are monitored and achieved throughout the event planning process Work with the client services team to ensure adherence to client standards of operations Be responsible for accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events Create and closely monitor value-adds at every opportunity Be knowledgeable of US best practices and new destinations / venues, suppliers and services Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers Maximize and monitor opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, and cost efficiencies Actively generate business from current and past clients Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions Provide support for other team members as required
– especially the management of freelancers for project as the US operation grows Keep up to date on the industry through websites and periodicals QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced project management skills including budget creation, logistics planning and management and reconciliation Experience with conference, exhibition, experiential, meeting, incentive travel and production management Excellent US supplier knowledge Advanced negotiating, risk management and contracting skills Extensive knowledge of US state nuances and laws Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player 8
– 10 year’s experience as an event producer, within an agency environment Adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Ambitious and proactive
