Senior Executive Administrator, Strategic Partner

This role will be an integral strategic partner to the Executive Team, playing an active role supporting the organization’s cross-cutting priorities. This individual will serve as the trusted aide and will be a key driver of the overall operations and effectiveness of the Office of the CEO and CAO. This role will support the CEO and CAO in working and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, executives, and customers.


Support the CEO and CAO on strategic, operational, and daily business matters, tracking strategic initiatives, monitoring progress towards meeting goals and achieving benchmarks, analyzing data, ensuring follow-through on the part of key players, and sustaining momentum needed to drive initiatives

Collaborate with business partners to deliver relevant and reliable information for effective decision-making

Provide the CEO and CAO support with the creation of presentations, compiling responses to management committee requests and preparation for meetings with key stakeholders

Manage complex or confidential tasks to support the CEO and CAO.

Support the productivity of Leadership Meetings by facilitating the planning, agenda, notes and execution of action items. Distill discussions and thoughts from team meetings into strategic plans

Review and prepare CEO and CAO for critical meetings, with research, briefings as well as meeting notes and follow-up action items

Take ownership and lead on critical presentations, communications, and documents, ensuring appropriate messaging and quality

Independent leadership of special projects as needed

Drive operational and planning processes to completion in partnership with the executive team and the broader organization.

Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of education and directly related experience. Master’s degree preferred

Minimum Experience: At least 5 years in a business leadership or executive management role. Prior professional, leadership and/or executive experience in health care strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Organized, detail-oriented, strategic, and process driven

Exceptional communication skills: ability to communicate, present, influence, and explain across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and management levels (e.g., work in MS Word, PowerPoint). Interpersonal skills with the emotional maturity to handle delicate subjects that will arise in this role

Advanced analytical ability preferred. Strong skills in reporting and Analytics.

Financial planning, budget planning and/or project budget planning abilities preferred.

Strong business acumen with the ability to identify strategic needs, lead all aspects of planning with sound business recommendations, and generate alignment with key business partners. Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines

Collaborative and influential leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions.

Demonstrated project management skills and exceptional organizational savvy working and partnering cross-functional business leaders in all disciplines and delivering against business goals, problem solving and relationship building skills.
