Senior HRIS Analyst

Position Summary:

The Sr HRIS Analyst will support and manage a variety of HR Information Systems (HRIS) responsibilities.

This position will report to the HRIS Leader and work directly with HR, IT and additional cross functional stakeholders.

The Sr HRIS Analyst will contribute to supporting and improving the NBAs human capital landscape with a focus on new and existing HR Technology.

Major Responsibility:

• Manages and supports day to day HRIS operations including ongoing projects, enhancements, data/systems requests, production support, and troubleshooting

• Supports Peoplesoft HR, SAP SuccessFactors, and additional HR applications

• Manages aspects of employee HR lifecycle including position and organizational management, seasonal on/offboarding activities, and HR business processes

• Contributes to the support of master data management practices and processes

• Supports implementations and administration of new and existing HR technology

• Partners directly with HR centers of excellence and the IT development team

• Conducts ongoing analysis of core business processes and data integrations

• Identifies and recommends HR system efficiencies and process improvements

• Conducts requirements gathering, configuration, and systems administration

• Develops test plans and required documentation to support HR system changes including necessary change management and training of systems and processes

• Supports HR data governance, including audits, and data validation

• Assists with HR data structures, reporting and security roles across HR systems

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

• Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise

• Exhibits interpersonal skills when working with different functions

• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• 5+ years experience working in Human Resources

• 5+ years experience working in an HRIS capacity

• 5+ years experience with PeopleSoft HR required, v9.2 preferred

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding preferred

• Experience working with HR and IT directly


Bachelors degree in information systems or relevant related experience in preferred
