Advantage XPO is currently searching for Shipping Associates for PaperWorks Industries, a leading manufacturer of paperboard and packaging solutions. This position will be based in their Baldwinsville, NY location.

  Shipping Associate


  • Perform various functions in Shipping to expedite orders and control internal systems
  • Prepare Shipping Documents
  • Maintaining Shipping Records
  • Assist with preparation of shipping loads as necessary (Wrapping Skids, Loading truck, and Move Materials throughout the Warehouse)


-Regularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl

-Continuous use of hands, fingers, handle, arm reach or

-Feel objects, tools, and controls

-Frequently talking, hearing, listening

-Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up

 to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

-High noise level

-Regularly works near moving mechanical parts

-Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, and


-Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical



  • Forklift Certification
  • Knowledge of 5S Principles
  • Observant, detail oriented and organized. Must utilize a logical and methodical approach to issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
