This is a contract to hire position.

The Talent Sourcer is an expert in proactive recruitment strategy.

They will employ various sourcing methods to build pipelines of top talent with a strong focus on diversity, promoting the employer brand, and facilitating a positive candidate experience.

They will also be responsible for contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will:

  • Use a wide range of resources to proactively source and build pipelines to meet internal hiring needs
  • Interact with passive candidates via social media and professional networks (i.e.

    LinkedIn Hiretual, etc.)

  • Act as a researcher remaining abreast of market changes and emerging sources for talent
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases using Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

You should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (i.e.

    social media platforms and crafting Boolean search strings, etc.)

  • 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid networking skills coupled with the ability to positively present DV, our open roles and opportunities to potential candidates
  • Effective multitasking and time-management abilities
