Description About this role The Talent Strategy and Culture team is responsible for determining and implementing the talent priorities and talent strategy for all of BlackRock, in partnership with senior leaders in and outside of HR. The team leads employee engagement, employee experience and culture initiatives, and engaging with the GEC Talent Subcommittee and the Human Capital Committee. We are growing the team and looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated analyst to join us! Role Overview In this role you will be responsible for helping to shape and execute on employee engagement and culture strategies, and supporting BlackRock’s executive talent initiatives. You will help build executive-level materials about HR and Talent that are reviewed by the Board of Directors, Global Executive Committee and HR Leadership Team. You will also partner closely with HR Business Partners, the Analytics, Insights & Research team and the COO team to better understand and improve the “moments that matter most” in our employee experience. In collaboration with HR leaders, you will design and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to reinforce and embed our culture across the firm, particularly related to our Principles and purpose. In addition, you will support the design and delivery of tailored talent strategy projects for the firm’s strategic growth businesses and advise on ad hoc projects that require a talent or employee experience-centric lens (e.g., new office design) This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners on key talent and culture priorities and initiatives, including sharing timely updates with the Office of the President and COO, the HR Executive Committee, the HR Leadership Team and HR Business Partners globally.
