Tech Writer/Documentation Specialist

NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for a Technical Writer Documentation Specialist to support our Luxury Fashion client in FULLY REMOTE ROLE Technical Writer Documentation Specialist INDUSTRY Luxury Fashion DURATION 3+ month Contract w probable extensions LOCATION FULLY REMOTE Must be polished and professional with exceptional communications and written skills They need someone to document a user doc for the company. This group is responsible for the service desk and responsible for communication protocols and offerings to be used by all users internally. The company is using Teams for daily messaging etc. but not for audio conferencing , video conferencing, they are using ZOOM for that . They are using some of the features in the Teams construct and they need someone to sit in on these meetings as the IT Teams work through what feature they will use for what function and take that data and create a user document to share . Another thing they are doing is transitioning from Intune on Mobile devices to One Drive so that also needs to be documented Installing In Tune on Mobile device As all these procedure changes are being made they are becoming overwhelmed by the volume of information, they need someone to document and then run some session with teams trainingQA How you use it tutorials Experience with TEAMS ZOOM Experience with the MS Suite Experience with Teams features and Zoom features and what you can and cannot do (there will be some training as well) Experience with One Drive Ton of team meetings, documentation , technical writing and walk thru s The Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
