VP Corporate Responsibility Communications

CR seeks a communications professional with experience across owned and paid channels who will advance the firm’s business, corporate responsibility, and reputation objectives with targeted initiatives to maintain a compelling, multimedia storytelling and demonstrative data across CR and firmwide Impact.

Primary responsibilities include:
Support the development, production, and amplification of externally facing marketing initiatives, in partnership with Corporate Brand and Impact Marketing functions Support content strategy and serve as lead project manager for CR sponsored-content campaigns with firmwide impact stories.

Support CR storytelling on brand social media channels in support of firmwide social strategies, in partnership with Social teams.

Manage content strategy and support production of thematic assets for use with key audiences including videos, data visualization and other imagery.

Partner with lines of business to amplify CR initiatives and content to key audiences.

Support ongoing story collection efforts within CR to demonstrate human impact.

Support ad hoc communications assignments across communications and the Corporate Responsibility department.

An ideal candidate must have an interest in corporate responsibility and familiarity with the company’s work and impact.

Role reports to the Head of Content Development on the CR Communications team.

They must be a self-starter with a strong track record of achievement, written and video content development and project management.

5-7+ years of experience driving integrated communications strategies for corporations, campaigns or non-profits Strategic thinker who can work with CR colleagues and other LOB colleagues to meet mutual goals Excellent project management, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail Proven ability to build effective, collaborative relationships Sound judgment, strong decision-making skills, and ability to advance independently Commitment to exemplifying the highest standards of integrity and professional excellence
