VP Digital Strategy

nnThe Vice President
– Digital Strategy is responsible for leading digital operations and further building out structure as needed to scale and support incremental volume.

Digital operations is the primary client facing team and this role will focus on the delivery of our products and services to grow Company revenue while also providing our customers with the highest level of digital live brand experiences.nn nn Essential Duties & Responsibilities nn Develop a client facing digital strategy practice Define the roles and responsibilities for the digital strategy team working with product development, data strategy, core strategy, product marketing, and other functions.

Continually re-assess these roles as needs change.

Ensure the alignment of digital operational initiatives to improve accountability, production, accuracy, efficiency, and costs; budgetary responsibility $5M and approx.

Analyze and recommend event tech stack for clients Lead a delivery team responsible for tech stack integration and reporting for clients Evaluate and execute partnerships with 3rd party software offerings Design and execute a 365 Integrated marketing platform for year-round content offerings on behalf of clients Direct the execution of initiatives to improve performance, job cost, best practices and ROI Ensure the use of efficient problem solving techniques, performance improvement initiatives, training and coaching techniques Implement a talent management practice that enables employees to achieve business objectives as well as develop skills and build capabilities; build future leaders who can take on increased responsibility and grow within Company Partners and collaborates with cross-functional leadership including key stakeholders in Strategy, Growth, Customer Experience and Digital to outline our digital strategy for clients Benchmark industry best practices to measure and improve the organization’s performance Plan, review and manage budget objectives and expenditures by events and for the overall team Performs other duties as assigned nn Education & Experience nn Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience At least (10) ten years of experience in operations and/or digital technologies is required At least (5) five years of leadership experience in leading and directing a team of management level direct reports is required
