As part of our growing team based in NYC, the Sales Coordinator is a key role and will offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as volume increases.

The Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for supporting the sales team.

nn nn nn nn Job Description nnPrimary: Order processing, Inventory reporting, Maintaining Sales tools, Sales reporting, and Item setup/maintenance with retail partners.

nnReceive orders from wholesale customers and follow up on orders, re-orders, backorders and sell through.

nn nnProcess and monitor new account set up.

nn nnCreate and publish monthly newsletter for specialty accounts.

nn nnMonitor and update store locator.

nn nnSummarize retail partner selling and report on performance.

nn nnSecondary: Prepare presentations and ensure all materials are prepared prior to meeting deadlines, nn nnOrder, ship, and track samples for retailer meetings nn nnAttend retailer meetings recording minutes and distributing with key action points in a timely manner.

nn nnAttend trade and consumer shows, when appropriate.

nn nnAdditional Responsibilities: Provide timely audits of retailer partner sites and marketplaces.

nn Report on ratings and reviews.

Ensure proper digital copy and assets are being utilized nn nn nn Requirements nn nnBachelor”s degree or equivalent level of education/training that demonstrates the required knowledge and experience nn nnData driven self-starter, solution-focused and a proactive problem-solver nn nnGreat communication (written & oral) with ability to interact with all levels of organization and customers, maintaining confidentiality and integrity nn nnPositive attitude and desire to be part of an entrepreneurial environment and be a team player nn nnStrong presentation skills (phone and in person) nn nnProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel nn nnStrong, proactive problem solving and time management skills with focus on detail and follow through to key personnel nn nn nn nn Salary & Benefits nn nnAnnual salary commensurate with experience.
