Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator to join the Global Commercial Enablement team.

The Global Commercial Enablement team covers sales enablement, learning and development.

Reporting to the Sales Enablement Senior Manager, this person will play a key role in coordinating foundational data in support of the commercial team.

In this role, you will assist Avery Dennison’s Global Account Management process, business intelligence and ad hoc reporting needs.

A successful candidate will gain a solid understanding of world class sales processes to help our Global Commercial Sales Team drive value and revenue.

This role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Maintain and govern all customer data as related to various tools and processes: Sales Reporting, CRM, Learning & Development Be the expert in our reporting tools to lead training and onboarding for Commercial team members Assign and control visibility of account assignments in accordance with our data protection policies Build and publish scorecards for Commercial & Sales Enablement teams Organize and maintain Sales Enablement training content.

Help to create training videos and resources for Commercial teams Support Commercial team with externally sourced account information and updates in CRM (data trends, market data, SWOT analysis,10-Ks, Annual Reports, Details) Serve as CRM help resource for global Commercial team & Super Users Recommend improvements to current processes and tools Ad hoc reporting for global Commercial teams Serve as Data Steward for all company data, ensuring data security and protection Support project management for deployment of tools, processes and training for Global Commercial Enablement team (Reporting systems, Issue Logs) Support the Sales Enablement Business Partners to create a cohesive global commercial process Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.

1-2 years related business experience, with emphasis on sales operations, global project management, analytics/reporting and financial planning.

Experience utilizing, Oracle Sales Cloud or other CRM is preferred.

Highly organized with superior attention to detail.

Natural curiosity and passion for excellence, improvement and problem solving.

Committed to delivering quality work product and supporting global teams, sometimes outside of standard working hours.

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, delivering high quality work while under significant deadline pressure.

Experience with reporting tools such as QlikView/QlikSense preferred.

Excellent project and process management skills.

Ability to take direction from multiple sources and create a shared vision.

Expert in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint and their Google Drive equivalents.

Excellent people skills, including experience working with a variety of inter-departmental and international stakeholders.

Willingness & ability to have occasional evening calls to support our global business
