Sales Trainer/Auditor

Under the direction of the Sales Operations Director, the Sales Auditor/Trainer is responsible for ensuring quality in the field.

The Sales Auditor/ Trainer will provide oversight and coaching of information provided to staffing by the Sales Auditor/ Trainer.

The Sales Auditor/Trainer will regularly monitor, open and responds to all department communication.

The Sales Auditor must be able to initiate and perform audits and ongoing training of Benefit Advisors to ensure proper implementation of the Elderplan sales process as defined by the Director and AVP of Sales and assure compliance with governmental regulations.

The Sales Auditor/ Trainer must demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Elderplan sales process as well as compliance regulations and Medicare Advantage and Part D regulations to effectively perform monitoring and reporting duties that support the goals of the Sales Department.

The Sales Auditor/ Trainer must keep him/herself up to date on all regulatory changes and create appropriate Job Aides to assure compliance.

The Sales Auditor/ Trainer will maintain and audit Kronos for all sales staff.
