You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking to expand our Life Sciences ServiceNow practice with industry experts to help our clients streamline their functions and transform business operations.

This is a hands-on sales and delivery role for talented individuals that understand general biopharmaceutical cross-functional business operations and how to leverage ServiceNow to implement new workflows and improve overall employee experiences.

The ideal candidate will have varied business process knowledge and the ability to lead discussions with client decision makers to clearly demonstrate how ServiceNow can help transform their business to achieve desired benefits.

This is a business and technology consulting role with emphasis on the business process and industry expertise.

This role requires strong communications skills and executive presence.

Proficiency in developing client relationships, identifying & closing new business, developing thought leadership are preferred.

Other responsibilities:

  • Sell and deliver projects related to various ServiceNow business workflow and IT Service Management modules
  • Partner with biopharmaceutical personnel to unlock significant value through streamlined data, systems and processes
  • Identify new intelligent workflows that enable business transformation in various business functions such as Procurement, HR, Finance and Supply Chain
  • Develop business cases that demonstrate quantifiable business benefits related to ServiceNow workflows
  • Develop a strategy and roadmap to grow this focus area for IBM Life Sciences and our clients

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3-5 years’ experience and expertise selling and delivering ServiceNow enabled programs
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business process improvements using digital technologies such as ServiceNow
  • Certification in at least one ServiceNow module
  • Experience in developing compelling business cases leveraging industry best practices and benchmark data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
  • Proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint
