This is an account management role designed to grow and maintain existing relationships by leveraging experience and knowledge of the platform to provide strategic recommendations and solutions to existing and future initiatives.You will manage a book of business, ensuring we recognize as much revenue from those IOs as possible, all while balancing the client’s goals and objectives.

You will work with both business stakeholders, ensuring we are delivering a world class client experience, as well as working with technical teams to surface and solve problems.

They will also provide strategic plans and recommendations to grow the business and prove the value proposition of the platform to be stronger year over yearWhat you’ll doGenerate and analyze reporting for leading retail ecommerce players in North AmericaMaintain & grow healthy retail campaign pipelineSetting up, launching, and optimizing campaignsProposing strategies to help meet or exceed the customers performance goalsPull basic reporting to supplement those strategic recommendationsWork directly with Retailer Account Executives on ongoing campaigns and answer questions on platformManage existing relationships to ensure client retention / satisfaction and grow inventory and yieldMonitoring the health of your book of campaigns, and working with the technical services team to troubleshoot issuesWho you are3-4+ years account or campaign management experience, ideally familiar with ecommerce and/or digital marketingExperience in a client-facing roleA flexible and quick thinking individual able to troubleshoot both within the team and outside of the teamA self-motivated individual willing to think outside the box & role to generate results and growth for the teamUnderstand how to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given timeAbility to work in a dynamic small team environmentAbility to work with and across multiple teams of varying focus including
