  • Adept at managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise, and a proven ability to motivate the internal team
  • Proactive thought leader, always looking for opportunities of organic growth and extending the client relationship through partnership and a thorough awareness of their business environment
  • Effective partner to creative and media teams, ensuring the highest quality, strategically sound work that delivers on clients’ objectives
  • Flexible and open work style with an ability to engage with all types of personalities
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and trouble-shooting skills
  • Creative problem solving, good judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, with keen ability to keep all team members and clients moving forward in a timely and organized way
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Highly fluent in the nuts and bolts of print, radio, TV and digital production; comfortable leading assignments from start to finish
  • Responsible for the ongoing management of the clients’ budgets and billing, timelines, and legal processing
  • Partner with AD to manage profitability against scope of work
  • 5+ years of marketing communications/advertising agency experience
