Digital Marketing Managern n Are you a digital media and marketing subject matter expert?

Have you worked with DTC ecommerce start-ups driving efficient new customer acquisition and retention?

Then we have a great role for you!nOur client is a growing omni-channel retailer with a strong DTC ecommerce business looking for a digital marketing expert to join their team.

You will partner with an agency to drive paid media and grow their email marketing program as well.n n The Rolen You are the digital subject matter expert for the company and will partner with agencies and vendors to drive efficient customer acquisition, engagement and retention across media channels and email marketing.

Work closely with and manage the media agency and partners to ensure efficient use of the media budget across multiple channels including paid social, SEM, affiliates and more.

Develop reporting to analyze and derive actional insights to optimize media by channel and at a macro-level and identify growth opportunities Design the end-to-end email marketing strategy, customer targets, segmentation, calendar and cadence to best acquire, engage and retain customers.

Define and report key metrics to monitor acquisition, retention and marketing effectiveness including CAC, LTV, and ROAS Plan and execute A/B tests across channels and customer segments to drive learnings and campaign optimization n n Requirementsn Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 3
– 6 years of direct to consumer, e-commerce, digital marketing with hands on experience across paid media channels and email Experience working in a small organization, ideally less than 25 people.

Analytical and strategic thinker with a get-it-done attitude and an established track record of owning and scaling DTC ecommerce customer acquisition and retention programs Data-driven, with exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities to improve and expand media campaigns.
