Neudesic is seeking a Northeast Regional Director of Client Solutions for their fast-growing utilities vertical.

As a member of the utilities vertical leadership team, you’ll be responsible for helping shape and execute strategies that impact and grow Neudesic’s innovation, solutions, and revenue in strategic accounts across the Utility industry.

You will serve as lead architect over world-class industry solutions, assist in the creation of compelling assets that support new sales pursuits, and guide delivery teams towards profitable technology deployments for our clients.

Experience in helping organizations shape long term technology strategies.

Proven track record of contributing to the build, and execution of a client expansion plan.

Experience in architecting technology solutions, building estimations, writing proposals, and SOW’s Initiate and develop trust, confidence, and partnership with account stakeholders including C-level contacts and be able to build relationships at all levels within current and future client organizations business, and technical staff.

Staff and organize high-performing delivery teams with the support of regional recruitment Identify account risks and develop/implement remediation plans Help foster and build alliance relationships by utilizing related cloud and ISV technologies to enhance solution design and delivery.

Experience in migration and modernization of application portfolios to at least one of either Azure, AWS or GCCP cloud; proficient in modern cloud architectures and the supporting technologies that support IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions.

Experience in at least one of these technologies: Full stack/MERN stack and continuous Delivery (DevOps) Modern analytic data platform concepts, data load patterns and architectures and programming languages: Spark, Kafka, Hive, Python, SQL, Java as well as fostering new emerging technologies in the data engineering space.

Knowledge of machine learning tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and broader artificial intelligence solutions including cognitive services APIs.

Ability to proactively engage in new sales pursuits, white board sessions and innovation briefings.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

7+ years of overall experience required.
