In this role, you will devise strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions, and drive and measure results in critical areas of the business.

You will work cross-functionally with product, commercial, operations, and other areas of marketing to improve our customer acquisition rate and new customer experience.

This is a high-profile leadership role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playAccountable for performance of all acquisition and activation strategies for FanDuel Fantasy, FanDuel Racing and TVG propertiesEnsure we continue to dominate our existing markets as well as help pave the way to quickly take leadership positions in new markets as gaming regulations evolve in the USPartner with the media team to drive efficient acquisition and push the envelope for new areas and opportunitiesBuild and own the acquisition budgets and activation plans across all our P&LsMature our acquisition practice by constantly iterating and improving our reporting, insights, experiments and partnersLeverage data sets to develop and drive strategic prioritiesBalance big-picture strategic work with executional excellenceLead and influence other teams to help deliver growth and broader commercial targetsFoster a test and learn culture that continues to improve our performance and processesRaise the bar for how we think about our new customers and the experience that we deliver for themRole model best in class cross functional practicesIdentify, develop, build and lead a high performing teamTHE STATSWhat we’re looking for in our next teammate 8+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition4+ years of managerial experienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferredStrong communication skills and experience influencing senior leadership teamsProven growth mindset; Product led, data driven and highly creativeResults oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performanceMetrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivityTrack record of delivering strong business outcomes and building and motivating high performing teamsStrong analytical rigor to your decision makingProficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack: eg Amplitude, Adjust, GA, Chartio preferredInterest in the sports gaming industry preferredTHE CONTRACTWe treat our team rightCompetitive compensation is just the beginning.
