nn nn nn n nn nn n nnPosition Overview: The Hematology Marketing Manager, underthe direction of the Director of Marketing, Specialty Segments, will be responsible for driving all Marketing initiatives for theHematology product line in NAM to achieve top and bottom line goals andsuccessfully drive commercial execution through strategy and tactics.nn nnResponsibilities: nn Accountablefor achieving United States Hematology product line revenue, profit, andplacement goals with focus on growing assay revenue and full menu utilization.

UnderstandVoice of Sales (VOS) and partner with the Hematology sales team to developstrategic product positioning to customers, partners, and market influencers.

DefinesHematology market size, target market, customer personas, and customerrequirements necessary to meet market demand and adoption.

Defineand tailor Hematology portfolio value proposition, messaging, and promotionalcontent for target markets.

Collaborateswith Marketing Communications (Marcom) to create marketing materials, salestools, presentations, web site content, and marketing programs required fordemand generation.

RepresentsHematology portfolio as subject matter expert when deep product expertise isrequired and delivers product presentations at all marketing events tradeshows/conferences/national sales meetings Conductproduct and market research to understand barriers and opportunities to growthe Hematology product portfolio, assess competition, and test productmessaging.

Partnerwith Business Operations and Finance to support deal development and pricingstrategies.

Workwith Sales Management to execute the Hematology product line sales plan andmeet/exceed forecast and financial deliverables Interfaceswith NAM Healthineers marketing colleagues to position End to End Solutionsacross our portfolio.

nnRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:nn MBApreferred.

IVD stronglypreferred.
