They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & On-boarding:Owns the talent acquisition process right from writing JDs, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.Manage the recruitment and selection process.Manpower Budget:Prepare annual Headcount budget.Track Budget Vs Actual headcount to ensure compliance.Performance Management:Build JD’s for all FunctionsReview & Build KRAs and KPI to track and analyze performance. Interfaces with the leadership team to help execute the KRAs.Compensation HR Analytics:Present Dashboard and stats on quarterly basis to Management which includes Cost per hire, Attrition, diversity, Recruitment TAT, and other related reports.Update the compensation plan based on competition and industry trends.Payroll Process Efficiency 100%.

Reduce payroll queries MoM and TAT for resolutionCompliance:Ensure 100% compliance on all applicable statutes.Assess and report gaps and liabilities to Management from time-to-time.Conduct Audits – Internal and VendorProcesses & Policies:Develop HR Processes and systems to enhance efficiency in Recruitment, Payroll, Separation, etc.Build HR Manual and other critical HR policies.Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are up to date with any change in policyEngagement & Culture:Conduct One on One and skip levels at regular intervals.Help resolve employee concerns and conflicts.Create Engagement plan and event calendar.L&DBuilds the learning and development content for all employees to ensure that they execute their duties successfully.Create Career Development plan for employees.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in any stream.5-8 years of work experience within the HR DomainKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesExperience with MS Office (especially MS Excel) and other HR related toolsPrior experience in setting up Human Resource function from scratch in a start-up is preferredStart-up experience preferred.Experience of managing temp/hourly workers preferred.Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgementCasaOne is Proud to be an equal opportunity employer (EEO) and value diversity at our company.
